What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I felt kind of isolated when I first joined. The firm could do a better job with making social events a big deal since it is a good way to get to know the people that are working there. But that is a minor thing and this is a great firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is a boutique Intellectual Property Firm. It has been around since 1991 and has mastered this area of the law. The clients are the best in the world and the cases make the news. You will learn everything there is to know about this and more. It is a great place to work.
What did you not like about this institution?
The best part can be the worst part. If you are not into IP law there is no way you need to work at this firm. That is what they do and they only thing they do. You also need a very strong Science background and math. If you do not have that then you will not succeed here.
