What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be more room for advancement. Seeking advancement shouldn't be a part of the workload and should come naturally to those who excel.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a highly competent firm that is professional and clear in its goals. Working here is a pleasure. The workload is manageable thanks in part to a well-rounded team. The team here makes sure that each employee has a decisive task for the day. I had a great time working here in the cozy office spaces.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, working towards a promotion feels like a never ending cycle. The management is great, but longer tenure is preferred when seeking advancement in your field. This does not detract from the overall great vibe of this firm; there is a great staff to work with here.
