What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Raise salaries or at least employ the bonus process earlier in the year.More paid time off would certainly be welcome.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Excellent team led, collaborative environment.You can earn bonuses once you meet your billable hours and it is a reasonable requirement.
What did you not like about this institution?
You don't get to litigate much.The salary is low compared to other firms this size.The benefits are good but could be better.

Make running the firm a collaborative effort between the partner's instead of a Bill Daw one man show.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It has a great view, and is great for your work resume.
What did you not like about this institution?
Disorganized and very high turner over for associates. Associates last between 6 months to 1.5 years, at most. You have to basically run around asking for work today do to make your billable hour requirements.
Billl Daw is the a great litigator, but poor business man. He should hand over operations and decision making to Tom Demary.
The assistant staff seems to be made up of a bunch of hick, trailer park type of folks.
