What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would suggest to management getting some more parking spots, though this could be challenging to do with the limited space.I would have appreciated a raise or two while I worked for you and ultimately that is the reason I left, since you kept saying not now.I didn't feel valued; take time to appreciate the work we do.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The employees are very nice from the get go and I felt right at home immediately; I never felt out of place.The pay is slightly above what you would expect.The firm is located in a good location and has a great view to look at to think about ideas.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are no bonuses, healthcare is very limiting and only covers some basic things.I never received a raise the two years I worked at Critchfield& Johnston.There is very limited parking.
