Work on reducing the number of hours to more sane numbers for people that want to work less by hiring more people.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Every morning I wake up and look forward to going to work. I actually enjoy being here and would trade a lot to stay with this team.
What did you not like about this institution?
The benefits are bit worse than similar workplaces and our hours are far longer than the average is for a place like this.
