What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make room for associates that work very hard to become senior employees at some point, instead of the stagnant or non-existent system that is currently at play.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working at this firm was very enjoyable, while I was there. There is always someone to learn from and upper management is quite friendly with everyone, making it a great place to be around.
What did you not like about this institution?
I do not feel like there is much room to move up and get into another position and that is why I left. It was a good stepping stone, but this is about it for me, while I was there.

Upper management is both professional and kind.

Boston office has a toxic element.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
There’s only one partner in Boston location and she toxic- - and everyone knows she is more than “difficult.”
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Absolutely everything else.
