What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If possible, the firm should try to get young attorneys more trial time. That is difficult to do when the courts require mandatory mediation.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a great group of principal shareholders who treat the firm's employees with fairness and respect.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work can be very demanding at times. Often, attorneys must work nights and weekends in order to meet the needs of the firm's clients

The firm is doing a good job supporting and compensating its employees. If there is any room for improvement, more in-house seminars and continuing legal education might be a good idea.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a highly competent trial firm that treats its employees with courtesy and respect. The firm regularly recognizes support personnel with perks such as free lunches, birthday recognition, profit sharing, and bonuses.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pace of the work can be intense at times, especially when you are in trial. However, the principals of the firm are always available to give you support and advice.
