What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice would be to allow for more promotional opportunities that match the level of work. A yearly bonus with incentives would be a great motivator for the employees.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The greatest aspect of the firm has to be the ongoing training and sense of constant improvement of skills. The monthly office lunches also adds to its excellence. With training comes learning opportunities.
What did you not like about this institution?
It's a very fast paced working environment and can be overwhelming at times, which can be stressful for both veterans but especially newcomers.
