I say hire more permanent people and give them a chance to join the amazing team permanently!
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This was my first choice out of law school and I'm glad I made that choice. They helped me so much and really made me feel prepared to take the next steps in my career.
What did you not like about this institution?
I was only hired on for a yearly contract, and I knew from the start that getting a permanent position was unlikely.
