I think the partners should allow associates to work independently if they prefer to. Some people are more efficient when working on their own. Accommodating different workstyles will benefit the entire firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great firm with a solid reputation. The work atmosphere is very relaxed for a law firm, and there is a huge focus on teamwork.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can be hard to work independently if you prefer to. The partners place a great deal of emphasis on teamwork, and they often force associates into workgroups.
