What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to have more options for employees to move forward, even offering them recommendations to other firms. This will help motivate employees to work harder.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at this firm for several years and always had such a blast at this firm. The staff and I got along great and management felt just like family. Everyone was very sweet and welcoming and I never had any altercations with anyone at this firm. The clients were friendly and there hardly ever seemed to be trouble.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only problem I had with this firm was the lack of mobility. I loved the position I worked in, but I wanted a promotion and management didn't have any openings. I felt like I couldn't climb up the ladder any further with this firm.
