Spread out the work load to make things easier on new hires. That will make for a smaller turnover and allow people to enjoy the place more.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is direct and professional. Everything done here is for the customer, which makes it a great place to work and learn how things should be done.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel like there is a high turnover at times, as new hires don't expect the work load and aren't sure what to do.
