Having more shared workload would allow people at the bottom to be able to learn from people that have been there longer.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Towe, Ball, Mackey, Sommerfeld & Turner, P.L.L.P. is definitely the most welcoming and rewarding experience in my career. I've been able to move up in the firm rather quickly.
What did you not like about this institution?
Work can be very demanding at times, but the reward is great. Some folks might have trouble keeping up.
