If you work here you should prepare for anything, because that is the mantra of the lawyers who work here now. Every day is a wild card at this firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are some very aggressive lawyers here who will teach you their ways. Make sure to pay attention and deliver results.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm has many problems to deal with, mostly of its own making. They have had legal problems of their own to solve, not just for their clients.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Firm has management? Just one guy billing clients 300+ hrs, and others barely getting 150. I would probably say, nothing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Louis Bove somehow managed to bill his clients 300+ hrs individually per month. Impressive to be able to be able bill over 10 hrs a day over 30 to 31 day periods. Over several consecutive months. Almost an unbelievable accomplishment. Client must asleep at the wheel.

What did you not like about this institution?
Google the firm and look at these guys. It is a bunch of white cis gender males. Zero diversity.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
All of them. Well, some of them barely work there and are just for show on the website.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Nothing. Place is terrible. Dont bother with the place. They offer terrible benefits and only pay you the last day of the month.

The firm should be more diverse and I think they would hire more diverse employees if they had the applicants to choose from.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you don't want to be micromanaged, this is the place for you. Everyone gets along and wants to see each other succeed. You can handle cases on your own and the owner is extremely committed to the firm.
