Develop better communication skills and make known what you need. Keep lines of communication open and don't worry about hurting someone's feelings if it is constructive.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a great working relationship with each other and everyone is so friendly. The salary and benefits are generous and you have opportunities to grow in the firm. Attorneys are helpful and personable.
What did you not like about this institution?
There can be miscommunication when it gets busy. This can cause unneeded stress that could have been prevented if expectations are made clearer.

I was in the front of the accounting department, and 99% of my interactions were positive. The workplace is quiet and tight-knit. There were several events and meetings with food provided.
