Try to stay away from the people with attitude issues as a worker, and for management: consider a class on how to treat everyone with care.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The management is a mixed bag because some treat you really well, while others can be really gruff. There is a wealth of cases to work on and you will receive a lot of help and gain a lot of experience.

What did you not like about this institution?
You have to put in a lot of hours, and that can be a stressor on family life at times. Some of the upper management can be less than kind.
