What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My big complaint and suggestion to management is to implement some sort of dress code even if it's something as basic as presenting yourself in a well-dressed manor.I think that would help a bit.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management is very supportive and helpful, especially to new members of the team.There are great opportunities for students and new graduates that are looking for research opportunities.Pay is above the average, with some bonus opportunities for high performers.
What did you not like about this institution?
I can't think of many, but one thing is there is no dress code and some of the people come in looking unprofessional, which makes the rest of us look bad.Employees could care a little more about the quality of work they do.
