The demands from most of the people here are quite large and those should be toned down to normal levels.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Once I joined several years ago, I realized that the place is a class act and on top of their game.
What did you not like about this institution?
Demands are crazy, but this is what some of us expect from a place like this. It can be a burden on good people however.
