What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Increase pay and benefits to be closer to the average for the firm's status. Put the appropriate people on the cases that require more knowledge and expertise.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great training opportunities for young lawyers and employees. Educational and learning atmosphere. The veterans are willing to share their knowledge and advice.
What did you not like about this institution?
Starting salary is below the average and benefits are lacking a bit. Management can expect too much from its young staff and put them in situations they're not ready for.
