What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If you are interested in a mid-size government focused law firm than this is perfect for you. It also requires you to be in California which can be a plus for many people. If that is the case then this is a great place to work and a perfect size firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The main focus of the firm is municipal clients. I enjoy the fact that it has such a specific area of law and a focus. It also is a great size to work at and makes learning this area of law very easy. It is a great way to get a specialty.
What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part is also its best part, the fact that is very specialized. If you are not into this area of law or this area of the country then there is no reason to work here. I would not recommend it. I was able to embrace this kind of law but that is not for everyone.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm should take on more diverse cases and more cases in general if they want to continue to grow. I would also like to see the starting salary increased.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a very diverse firm that has plenty of professional's that have expertise in different fields. I received a lot of help at this firm when it came down to crunch time.
What did you not like about this institution?
The starting pay is a little bit on the low side in my opinion. It can also feel quite slow at times since we have so many professionals working on a wide variety of cases at all times.
