What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would make it easier for the initial advancement, or what is expected of junior's to make the next step. I think that would help all the junior associates. It would help both with retention as well as spelling out requirements.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work is very challenging due to the complicated tax code. I enjoy the challenge and have been rewarded for it. The office staff is great and very helpful. I have met some very great people while working here.
What did you not like about this institution?
Advancement can be hard at the beginning. The management is very particular about what they want to see for a junior associate to make the next step. Otherwise advancement isn't terribly hard to accomplish.
