Reworking the compensation package would be at the top of my list of things to improve. It's not too bad as it stands, but it could use some work.

The work environment at this firm is spectacular. The partners are very engaged and it's obvious that they care about their associates. Team building events are common, as are gatherings and parties. There is a feeling of camaraderie around the office that is very fulfilling.

I don't want to complain about pay, but that is ultimately the reason we come to work isn't it? The pay here could stand to be better. The benefits are fine; it's just that the salary is a bit low.
