What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Work on building a team atmosphere instead of it always feeling like a competition. It would really help office moral for everyone to be as generous as a few of the better lawyers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They are a good starting point for people interested in learning trial law. They have handled some very complex and high-profile cases and they are very willing to share what they know.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some lawyers are willing to help more than others and it feels like people have different agendas at times. It can get adversarial.
