Legal Secretary/Assistant Part-Time
The candidate will handle general legal matters. Experience with family law, litigation, including drafting pleadings, e-filing and pre and post-trial proceedings is required. Must be able to use a digital transcription machine, have knowledge of Word and Outlook and have experience with managing schedules, legal correspondence and court filing procedures.
