Law Clerk 2018
The candidate will complete legal research and provide clear, concise summary, both verbally and written. Drafting of Corporate resolutions, contracts, amendments and motions. Strong involvements in department initiatives. Willingness to assume responsibilities consistent with department goals. State and Local Tax Intern
The candidate must be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or other relevant field, Juris Doctorate (J.D) program, or Master of Laws (LLM) program, required. Leadership experience, preferred. Prior internship or other work experience within an accounting setting or public accounting, preferred. Membership and participation in accounting or finance organizations at the college level, preferred.

The candidate will be preparing legal documents for attorneys in the office. Will be filing legal pleadings with the court. Copying and scanning documents into our Document Management System. Assisting the Legal Support Department on an as needed basis. Should be a 1L, 2L or 3L student who can work 40 hours per week over the summer. Should have solid written and verbal communication skill. Some post college or better in Law is preferred.
