The Associate Attorney will be responsible for organizing and representing special districts, providing general oversight of district operations, negotiating contracts, managing elections, issuing debt, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Law Firm is offering a competitive salary ranging between $100,000 and $170,000, depending on experience, along with a discretionary bonus based on performance. Benefits include paid time off, firm paid medical insurance for the employee and their dependents, employer contribution to health savings account, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including supplemental life, dental, vision, and employer contribution to individual’s 401(k) plan after one year of service.

We are seeking an experienced individual to assist in organizing and representing special districts, providing general oversight of district operations, negotiating contracts, managing elections, issuing debt, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
