Job Title: Creditors Rights Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of files in an efficient and organized manner.
- Appear in court and argue motions necessary for the completion of both routine and contested foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, title disputes, and replevins.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status.
- Analyze loan files, title reports, research, and analyze case law to provide advice and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain all requirements of the state bar to remain in good standing.
- Remain knowledgeable of default-related legislation and law to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated time management skills.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must be a Colorado licensed attorney.
- Experience in creditors rights, including but not limited to foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, title curative, and replevins and impounds, is a plus.
- Strong legal research skills using Lexis-Nexis.
- Proficient in legal drafting and writing with attention to detail.
- Experience in a law office environment and legal administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary Information:
- Pay range: $85,000 - $120,000 per year.
