- Exceptional legal research and writing skills (writing sample required)
- Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
- Experience in Civil Litigation, including deposition
- Judicial clerkship experience is welcomed, but not required
- Ability to take on significant responsibility and work well in a team
- High academic credentials from a respected law school

- Conduct legal research and writing for cases
- Organize and review case documents
- Participate in civil litigation, including depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and strategy
- Communicate with clients and other attorneys

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation
- Strong writing and research skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in civil litigation and depositions preferred
- Judicial clerkship experience a plus
- Ability to handle significant responsibility and work well in a team
- High academic credentials from a respected law school
