Job Title: Commercial Finance Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing of sophisticated lending transactions.
- Handle transactions related to real estate, commercial, securities, and/or asset-backed loans.
- Possess experience or familiarity with tax-advantaged finance, including low-income housing tax credit, historic and new market credits, and/or alternative energy.
- Engage in structured finance, including CMBS and securitizations, which would be considered advantageous.
- Maintain strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
- Ensure admission to practice law in Texas, Colorado, or Arizona.
Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong academic credentials are required.
- Excellent writing skills are essential.
- Admission to practice law in Texas, Colorado, or Arizona is mandatory.
Salary Information:
- The annual base salary range for candidates placed in Colorado is expected to be $192,000-$215,000, depending on experience.
- This is a full-time, partnership-track position.
- Eligible to participate in the law firm’s benefit plans, including the 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution.
- Eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
