Job Title: ITTS - International Corporate Tax Advisory Senior - FY26
Job Responsibilities:
The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice at the company encompasses three main competencies: Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory (ICTA), and Transfer Pricing. As an ICTA Senior, you will be responsible for advising corporate and private equity clients on various aspects of their capital agenda. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and resolving complex domestic and international tax issues.
- Providing technical tax advice and planning services for a portfolio of projects.
- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Participating in a dedicated client service team and providing performance feedback to staff.
- Continuously developing your knowledge and maintaining your status as a trusted advisor by monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and practices.
- Reviewing staff work and assisting with technical planning and global project management.
Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the International Corporate Tax Advisory Senior role, candidates must meet the following education and experience requirements:
- A bachelor's degree with around three years of related work experience or a graduate degree with two years of related work experience.
- Progress toward or completion of a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
- Experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, post-acquisition planning, and/or inbound and outbound transaction consulting with international tax research, planning, and compliance experience.
- Experience in managing budgets, projects, and people.
Additionally, candidates ideally should possess:
- Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.
Salary Information:
The company offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package based on performance and the value brought to the business. The base salary range for this job across all geographic locations in the US is $91,100 to $150,200. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the base salary range is $109,400 to $170,600. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined by various factors, including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. The Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time-off options.
