Job Title: Immigration, Global Employer Services - Intern

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support, including handling day-to-day tasks and assisting with documentation.
- Support consultants and case workers by drafting emails, conducting first-tier document reviews, and maintaining document security.
- Facilitate logistics arrangements such as scanning, printing, and compiling documents for submission to authorities.
- Manage the internal GES system and related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor case statuses and liaise with authorities through calls or emails as needed.
- Prepare billing request forms and assist in organizing and streamlining the billing process.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as required to support team operations.

Education and Experience Information:

- Duration of internship: Minimum 4 months or longer.
- Qualification: Bachelor of Degree (or equivalent) in Law, Human Resources, or other related program.
- Language: Proficient in English/Malay.
