Law Firm Seeking Real Estate/Financing Associate with 2-5 years of experience

**Members Only**, one of Hawaii’s oldest and largest firms, is looking for a Real Estate/Financing Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience in real estate or corporate financing to join a well-respected law firm with a strong presence in the Hawaii community. Responsibilities and Duties

- Work on challenging real estate and financing projects with established lending institutions
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on real estate and financing matters
- Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve successful outcomes
- Participate in community organizations and continuing legal education programs
- Stay up-to-date with changes and developments in the legal field

Qualifications

- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admission to the Hawaii State Bar
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate or corporate financing
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
