Job Title: 2026 Summer Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Summer Associates will become familiar with the laws related to employment law.
- Assist with research, case analysis, and all phases of litigation including drafting memoranda and court filings.
- Review status of employment law developments and prepare summaries and articles related to new legislation.
Education and Experience Information:
- Must be enrolled in law school (ABA accredited) as a 2L for the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in Employment Law.
Salary Information:
- For Colorado, the expected salary for this position is $70 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
