As a Tax Manager in the Asset & Wealth Management practice at PwC, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. This role requires up to 40% travel and offers a competitive salary range of $98,300 - $266,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop team members to deliver exceptional work
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
- Independently solve and analyze complex tax problems
- Utilize PwC's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs
- Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements
- Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance
- Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting for financial partnerships
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials
- Thorough knowledge of partnership tax forms and tax liability limitation strategies
- Experience identifying and addressing client needs
- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships
- Success as a tax technical business advisor
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automation in professional services
- Knowledge of alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies
