Litigation Attorney The candidate' must have meaningful experience with drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to written discovery, interviewing witnesses, drafting motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, and developing overall case strategy. A minimum of three years of relevant litigation experience is required, along with strong writing and analytical skills and a solid work ethic.
