Job Overview:
A law firm based in Roseville, CA is actively seeking a results-driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic practice. This role offers the opportunity to spearhead complex personal injury matters including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic harm, and severe injury claims. The attorney will lead litigation efforts and collaborate with legal support staff to drive favorable case outcomes. The ideal candidate brings substantial litigation experience, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to client advocacy.

Duties:

  • Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through final resolution, including trial if necessary

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses as part of case development

  • Appear on behalf of clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials

  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance representatives

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide legal guidance and status updates

  • Supervise and coordinate efforts with paralegals and case management teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation

  • Proven ability to independently manage a substantial caseload

  • Familiarity with trial processes and strategic litigation planning

  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills

  • Spanish language proficiency is advantageous

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the State Bar of California

Skills:

  • Strong case strategy development and problem-solving capabilities

  • Persuasive negotiation and courtroom presence

  • Excellent time management and multitasking under deadlines

  • Clear and effective client communication

  • Leadership and mentoring of legal support staff
