Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional legal counsel in the areas of estate planning, business planning, and estate administration.
- Assist in the preparation and review of custom-tailored solutions to address the unique complexities of clients’ assets and personal family dynamics.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an unmatched legal experience.
- Build and maintain relationships of trust with clients.
- Stay current with relevant laws and regulations affecting estate planning and related practices.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and represent the law firm at local events.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in Utah.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, business, or tax law.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively.

Salary Information:
- Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year.
- Benefits include 401(k) matching up to 6%, health, dental, vision, and life insurance with generous premium coverage, paid time off, and a gym membership reimbursement.
- Full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:25 . to 5:00 .
- Work location is in person.
