This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney interested in both general corporate work and specialized insurance regulatory and transactional matters. Handle a range of corporate and transactional matters, including:
Insurance transactions
Corporate governance issues
Advise clients on compliance and regulatory issues involving the insurance industry
Draft and negotiate contracts, governance documents, and transactional agreements
Work directly with clients and provide strategic legal counsel on corporate structuring and development
Collaborate with legal teams across practice groups to support complex matters
Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts
3–8 years of corporate law experience, preferably in a law firm setting
Experience or interest in insurance regulatory matters and transactions
Strong professional recommendations
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Idaho State Bar or eligibility for admission
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Strategic thinker with a client-centered approach
Enthusiasm for mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing learning
