Leveraging influence and proficiency to deliver quality outcomes is crucial, as is guiding teams in developing practical tax compliance solutions. The role also involves overseeing the implementation of compliance strategies for clients and navigating the complexities of cross-border and diverse teams and engagements. Upholding the company's code of ethics and business conduct is a fundamental aspect of the position.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates applying for the Tax Senior Manager position must possess a Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of seven years of experience is required, along with credentials such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar. While a Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, a degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Taxation, or Management Information Systems & Accounting is preferred. Experience in providing guidance on global tax information reporting compliance, researching complex tax issues for client conclusions, reviewing US IRS tax forms and related documentary evidence, and developing innovative technology solutions for efficiency is highly valued. Additionally, creating educational resources for reporting and withholding requirements, training and managing local staff, and a thorough understanding of US tax rules and requirements are advantageous.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Tax Senior Manager - Global Information Reporting position is between $124,000 and $335,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
