Job Title: Manager, Transfer Pricing
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with critical knowledge to tackle intercompany pricing issues effectively.
- Collaborate with economists, tax attorneys, business professionals, and tax specialists to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues across various industries.
- Supervise engagement staff assignments and offer leadership, counseling, and training to Consultants and Senior Consultants.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and the broader industries they operate within.
- Manage and oversee detailed economic and financial analyses, as well as complex modeling and empirical analyses.
- Assist in drafting proposals, document requests, reports, client presentations, and other client materials.
Education and Experience Information:
- Required:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model requiring co-location in person 2-3 days per week.
- 5+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing within a consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average, depending on work, clients, and industries/sectors served.
- Active accreditation obtained, such as:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, other designations may be considered based on role requirements and business approval, such as Licensed attorney, Enrolled Agent, or foreign equivalent qualifications.
- Preferred:
- Previous Big 4, transfer pricing, or financial experience.
- Highly motivated transfer pricing expert with a deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, their theory, and interpretation.
- Strong project management and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
Salary Information:
- The wage range for this role considers various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. The disclosed range estimate is $103,320 to $235,170.
- Participation in a discretionary annual incentive program may be available, subject to program rules, with awards depending on individual and organizational performance.
