This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate or early-career attorney with a passion for client advocacy, litigation, and personal injury law. The attorney will manage a caseload with mentorship from senior attorneys, gaining hands-on experience from initial consultation through resolution. Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including litigation and negotiation
Conduct client consultations to gather facts and provide legal guidance
Perform legal research to develop effective case strategies
Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case development
Participate in ongoing legal education and professional development
0–3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in personal injury
Eagerness to manage a caseload and build litigation skills
Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state of Washington
Excellent legal research and drafting skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Analytical thinker with keen attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team-oriented with the ability to also work independently
