Represent employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation, arbitration, counseling, and training.
Handle a diverse caseload covering a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and employment contract disputes.
Conduct legal research and writing, draft pleadings and briefs, and provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
Manage all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions, conducting document review, and preparing witnesses for deposition.
Appear in state and federal court and before administrative agencies on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Washington State Bar.
2+ years of experience in labor and employment law, preferably with a focus on employment litigation.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume caseload.
Prior experience representing employers is preferred.
Experience with wage and hour class actions is a plus.
