Job Summary:
The . Private Bank is seeking a highly talented and motivated Private Banker to join our team as a Vice President or Executive Director. In this role, you will be responsible for advising high-net-worth families on building, preserving, and managing their wealth. You will use your expertise in investments, financial planning, credit, and banking to provide personalized advice and exceptional service to clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice and solutions
• Generate new business and acquire assets through both existing and new clients
• Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
• Collaborate with internal specialists to offer interdisciplinary expertise to clients
• Connect clients with all lines of business within . Morgan Chase & Co.
• Ensure all solutions meet clients' short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals through a holistic approach
• Adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates will be considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen
• Strong community presence with an established network
• Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
• Client-focused with a strong dedication to providing exceptional service
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
• Proactive and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills
• Dynamic and professional with exceptional presentation skills
• Highly organized and disciplined in business practices
• In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments, such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate
