As a Tax Manager at **Members Only**, you will play a major role in our Investment Funds Services team. Your responsibilities will include providing tax compliance and advisory services for investment partnerships and related management entities, acting as a lead team member, and building and managing client relationships.
To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or a . or . in Taxation. A Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university is preferred. Additionally, you should have a CPA with 5 to 8+ years of experience in investment partnership tax, including preparation of allocation schedules, Schedules K-1, Forms 1065, and other related schedules. A working knowledge of alternative investment vehicles and structures, such as hedge funds and private equity funds, is also required.

The annual base pay range for this position in California and the New York City Metropolitan Area is $125,000 to $170,000, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, and location.
