Job Title: Customs & International Trade Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage client service accounts and lead engagement workstreams.
- Develop, mentor, and supervise team members to deliver top-notch results.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4 years of experience required.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science.
- Admission to the Bar or being a Licensed Customs Broker is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of US Customs and Border Protection procedures.
- Experience analyzing client internal control practices and evaluating client compliance with import control regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff Classification System, customs valuation, and preferential trade agreements.
- Skills in managing resource requirements and project workflow, building and maintaining client relationships, and communicating unique selling points.
- Ability to supervise teams, create an atmosphere of trust, seek diverse views to encourage improvement, and provide timely feedback.
- Experience innovating through new and existing technologies and working with large, complex data sets.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $98,300 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
