Job Responsibilities:
Tax Services Associates are integral members of various client service teams at the company. They receive comprehensive formal and on-the-job training designed to develop their technical skills. Their responsibilities extend beyond the preparation of tax returns to include participation in tax planning and consultation processes for clients. Associates are expected to work collaboratively within a team of problem solvers, leveraging vast consulting and industry experience to help clients address complex business issues. Key responsibilities include:

- Researching tax laws, rules, and regulations, and analyzing their application to specific situations. This involves drafting memorandums to defend decisions or outline solutions to issues.
- Participating in select phases of tax compliance engagements.
- Proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback.
- Supporting select projects by demonstrating creative thinking and individual initiative while working as a team member.
- Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks while exercising professional skepticism.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Associate position in Tax Services are required to have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Alternatively, an advanced degree in Accounting, Taxation, JD, or LLM is also acceptable. Additional requirements include:
