Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents across various industries

  • Advise clients on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation

  • Support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings

  • Conduct legal due diligence and provide transactional analysis to inform client decisions

  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations impacting businesses

  • Provide legal counsel on general business operations and governance

  • Conduct legal research and stay current with legal and regulatory developments

  • Communicate effectively with clients and deliver clear, actionable legal advice

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in transactional law, with an emphasis on contracts and corporate matters

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactional matters simultaneously

  • Experience advising clients in a wide range of industries is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and legal analysis

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar

Skills:
