Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide trusted tax expertise and advice.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of tax engagements.
- Coach, develop, and mentor team members.
- Stay up-to-date on tax laws and industry trends.
- Discover solutions to complex tax issues.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Tax experience, with public accounting experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation, JD or LLM Degree (undergraduate degree in Accounting preferred).
- CPA certification is desired.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve.
