Corporate M&A - Junior Associate (NQ-1 PQE / Trainee) at Law Firm

We are currently seeking a junior associate or trainee to join our team at a prestigious international law firm in Milan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate practice, working with a diverse range of clients and transactions.

Key responsibilities:

- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Preparing share and asset purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements
- Conducting due diligence for multi-national corporate transactions
- Advising clients on corporate and commercial matters

Requirements:

- Newly qualified / 1 PQE associate or trainee with prior experience in a corporate department
- Fluent in English (C1 level) and Italian
- Excellent academic record
- Strong drafting skills in both English and Italian
- Previous experience abroad is beneficial
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
