Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and professional malpractice

• Handle all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial or resolution

• Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, draft motions, and develop trial strategies

• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court hearings (in-person and virtual)

• Collaborate closely with legal teams and clients to develop case goals and strategy

• Maintain regular communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Provide mentorship and support to junior attorneys and staff as needed

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in civil litigation or insurance defense

• Admitted and in good standing with the California or Nevada State Bar

• Strong oral advocacy and courtroom litigation skills

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Skilled in drafting legal documents and using case management systems

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license with either the California State Bar or the Nevada State Bar

Skills:

• Exceptional legal research and writing ability

• Proficient in litigation software and legal technology platforms

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
